Our Mission

Telugu Patashala is an independent informational web utility built to help public servants understand the mathematics behind Pay Revision Commission (PRC) recommendations. State government pay fixation involves complex factors—such as merging 33.67% Dearness Allowance, calculating fitment percentages, ceiling to the immediate next ₹100 multiple, and factoring updated HRA slabs.

Our goal is to eliminate confusion by providing an instant, accurate, mobile-first calculator in both English and Telugu so employees can visualize their financial roadmap.

Formula & Mathematical Standard

Our simulator operates strictly on the established Telangana PRC mathematical framework:

• Sanctioned DA Merge: 33.67% fixed Dearness Allowance merged directly into basic pay.
• Fitment Calculation: Evaluated on current basic pay (testing standard scenarios like 7.5%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30%).
• Next ₹100 Rounding: Strict adherence to the standard government rule of rounding up (ceiling) to the next multiple of ₹100.
• New Allowances: Application of 4.27% New DA and location-specific HRA (11%, 13%, 17%, 24%) on the newly fixed basic pay.
